やっとトウモロコシの収穫です。 もぎたて２本をこの方法で茹でました。 冷凍にするつもりが、あまりにも甘くて美味しかったので1本は食べてしまう事に。 次回はちゃんと冷凍用に残さなくては・・・
We're finally harvesting some corn. We cooked a couple of ears. (Immerse in salted water -- 2 Tbsp salt + 1 L water -- and cook for 10 minutes after it starts boiling.) They were to be frozen, but it was so sweet and delicious that one was consumed on the spot. I'll have to make sure there's some left to freeze next time!
